When I'm researching a potential purchase, I paste its list of ingredients into an ingredient checker that instantly analyses and identifies any that may be unfavourable. Soaking in Dead Sea salt is renowned for easing psoriasis symptoms. In response to a flare-up, I increased my baths from weekly to three times a week. My 'perfect' bathing consists of:

Dead Sea Bath Salt (500g)

Dead Sea Salt Bath and Shower Gel (for bubbles!)

Avocado Oil (1 tbsp)

Lavender essential oil (8-10 drops)
